A Tradition Since 1967
In 1967, Mack Fowler, an Airman in the United States Air Force, founded Faith American, a custom home building company. Using the same principles of excellence he learned in the military, Mack grew his new business, and soon Faith American became a prominent home builder in the Atlanta market. As the Metro-Atlanta suburbs continued to grow, Mack began land development and continued to build homes through the 1970's and 1980's. The company continued to expand throughout the 1980s, providing homes and workspaces for the rapidly growing market and eventually with all of the growth and expansion, Faith American transitioned into a new corporation in 1991. Mack proudly named this new corporation, First Victory, after reflecting on decades of hard work and success.
First Victory continued to flourish and in 2006, the leadership transitioned to Mack's son, Travis, who had begun working with First Victory 8 years prior, after graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Travis' First Victory would be to successfully push the company through a volatile time when the Real Estate Market took a turn and a harsh impact was felt throughout the industry by 2008. Travis proved to be a great successor as he led the company with the same diligence and persistence that his father had used when beginning the company in 1967. A decision to expand First Victory's services into the Recreational Summer Camp market, turned out to be a pivotal move for the company's evolution. The expansion helped First Victory weather the storm through the recession and eventually led First Victory to Brevard, North Carolina, a town known for its waterfalls and summer camps. First Victory soon began establishing roots in Brevard, branching out in Residential, Municipal, and Commercial markets. In 2010, the company decided to move its headquarters from Metro-Atlanta to Brevard, NC in order to focus on projects throughout WNC and surrounding areas of South Carolina. Presently, First Victory maintains its hold in the markets that it has been servicing, while expanding into Multi-Family markets to provide dense housing communities in order to meet the the need for increased housing in the WNC area.
First Victory continues to grow in the community, and as it does, the company continues to evolve with seasoned staff members taking on larger roles with more leadership. Since its inception in the 1960s, First Victory has been at the forefront of the construction industry. Today, First Victory excels as a Full-Service Construction & Land Development company and continues to be a leader in the industry, delivering unparalleled quality, professionalism and performance.
