North Ridge Farms is a mixed use development. First Victory has received approval from the Buncombe County BOA and most recently, annexed into the town of Weaverville. It consists of 106 Single Family Home lots, 63 Townhouse lots, 296 Garden Style apartment units and 100 Casitas. We are in the final stages of permitting and plan to start site work in 2024.
