First Victory received CZD approval for this project in Febuary of 2023. Permitting and site work began in early 2024 and is scheduled to complete Late Winter, 2025. This Garden Style apartment complex will consist of 322 units located in Hendersonville, NC, close to the Clear Creek Greenway, providing much needed housing adjacent to services while maintaining large green spaces for tenants.
